For international customers, orders are dispatched and delivered exclusively through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post services.

For domestic customers, orders are shipped using registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services. We aim to dispatch orders within 6-8 days, or following the agreed-upon delivery date at the time of order confirmation, subject to the operational norms of the respective courier companies and post offices.

Please be aware that Healthy Grubs and Nuts cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by courier companies or postal authorities. We guarantee the handover of the shipment to the courier company or postal authorities within 6-8 days from the order date or as per the agreed delivery date specified during order confirmation. All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer.
